Is almost upon us!
Hello Ladies! Welcome to summer training. We begin on June 1st, so get ready! There will be a separate post for this, so stay tuned. I hope you all enjoyed your “time off” (I’m sure most of you were at least somewhat active), and are ready to get in shape for the fall. Let’s be really supportive and encourage each other to reach the best fitness we can- I know we can do really well this fall, but we all have to put in the time so we can start ahead of the competition. Let’s all work hard to make this the fastest boat Bryn Mawr Crew has ever had! The top menu bar gets you to all of the components of the training regimen. Please let me know if you can’t find anything or if something isn’t working for you. And remember- a proper warm up and stretching is crucial to any training program, as is staying hydrated.
